David Agull贸
A tattoo artist from Valencia (Spain) with over 16 years of experience. From a very young age, David always showed an interest in art and design, whether drawing on paper or making figures out of plasticine, cardboard and other materials. Tattoos caught his eye, but it was not until he was 17 (in 2009) that tattooing really came into his life.
At that point he was at a crossroads and had to decide the direction of his professional future. For the first time he had to think about what he was really passionate about. The answer came without him looking for it: an older friend had just had a full arm tattooed.
That stirred something in him. Determined to start out in tattooing, he borrowed money from his brother to buy his first machine and used his own skin as a canvas. It did not take him long to find his rhythm, and soon he was tattooing clients. A year later he was already working in a tattoo studio.
Artistic career
Working in different studios opened the door to conventions, where he found and refined his style: neo-Japanese, drawn freehand directly onto the skin. For years he pushed to reach a high level in every style he could, aiming to learn as much as possible about the versatility of tattooing and, one day, open his own shop to offer clients the best of what he had learned.
After working in several studios in Valencia, in 2015 he decided to try something new in Switzerland, where he spent three years that taught him more about life than about tattooing itself. Years later, he returned to Valencia, where he continues to develop as an artist and as a person, offering every client a unique, personal experience.
David is a passionate perfectionist, always looking to evolve both personally and professionally to create one-off tattoos.
