Evo Erk
Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
From childhood, Evo Erk was surrounded by creativity and artistic expression, influenced by his parents, both fine art teachers. That innate passion led him to study at the prestigious National Art School “Tsanko Laverov”, where he refined his technique in disciplines such as sculpture, painting and drawing.
At 14, Evo left his native Bulgaria for the sunny island of Mallorca, where he kept working on his art doing portraits and caricatures for tourists.
Later, his training and talent took him to Valencia, where he worked as a falla sculptor, a craft that let him apply his artistic sensitivity and skill to large-scale projects.
Artistic career
At 2013, Evo found his real passion: the art of tattooing. From that moment his career grew quickly, establishing him as a reference in realism, both nationally and internationally. His dedication and development took him to work in studios in different countries, such as Switzerland and Canada, where he kept refining his technique and broadening his artistic vision.
Tracia Tattoo Studio
At 2020, Evo founded Tracia Tattoo Studio, a space where talent comes together, becoming a meeting point for artists with creative ambition and and international reach.
Alongside this, Evo has kept exploring other artistic formats, notably his works made with bleach on cotton canvas, an innovative style that has been exhibited in galleries in Switzerland, Barcelona and Valencia.
Evo Erk is an artist who does not limit himself to one medium. His work, whether on skin or canvas, reflects a constant search for perfection and personal expression, showing that art, in its many forms, knows no borders.
